CARE
We are committed to quality, durability and longevity of our designs. We recommend regular maintenance of your product to ensure that it can be enjoyed for years to come.
Stainless Steel: Wipe with a soft dry cloth to remove dust. For stains, clean gently with mild soap or detergent and warm water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasives.
Like most metals, stainless steel is not immune to wear and may develop fine scratches through everyday use. These marks are a natural part of the material’s life and, over time, will soften into a more even and characterful patina.
Galvanised Steel: Clean with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, or gently wash with mild soap or detergent and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners and always dry thoroughly after cleaning. If the item is used outdoors, occasional rinsing with clean water can help prevent the buildup of dirt and environmental residue.
Over time, galvanised steel may develop a subtle natural patina, including areas of light surface rust. This is a normal part of the material’s ageing process and contributes to the character of the material. In some cases, small amounts of rust residue may transfer onto surrounding surfaces, such as flooring or decking.
When used as planters, contact with soil, fertilisers, and naturally occurring salts may accelerate the weathering process and the development of this patina. This is expected and part of the natural ageing of galvanised steel in outdoor environments.
