Our pieces are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. As each pieces varies in size and weight, please contact us with your inquiry and we can provide a shipping quote.

Our usual lead time is 12 weeks.

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1—3 weeks of receiving your order and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

RETURNS

All items are final sale, therefore returns, exchanges or refunds are not possible. Please consider your purchase carefully. Deposits paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

WARRANTY

Machete pieces are sold without a warranty. Due to the natural characteristics of materials such as galvanised steel, some variation and imperfections are to be expected and are considered an intentional aspect of the design.

If you believe there is a fault with your product or it has been damaged in transit, please contact us with images to support your claim.

CARE

We are committed to quality, durability and longevity of our designs. We recommend regular maintenance of your product to ensure that it can be enjoyed for years to come.

Stainless Steel: Wipe with a soft cloth to remove dust. For staines, clean gently with mild soap or detergent and warm water, avoid abrasives, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Galvanised Steel: Clean with a soft, dry cloth for dust, or gently wash with mild soap or detergent and water, avoiding abrasives, and always dry thoroughly.

If the item is being used outdoors, occasional rinsing with water can help prevent dirt buildup.
